NAME

     ipcclean - cleanup the inter-process  communication  facili-
     ties

SYNOPSIS

     ipcclean [-v]

DESCRIPTION

     ipcclean removes any inter-process  communication  facilites
     left  behind  by  a  user  program.  The -v option shows the
     shared memory and semaphores that are being cleaned
